Liz joined the board in 2019 and resides in Warrington PA. She has 19 years in the pharmaceutical business and is currently a global account director in the commercial division of Covance (within LabCorp), with a scientific background in toxicology.
Liz grew up in Short Hills NJ and attended Drew and Rutgers Universities, before settling down in Warrington with her husband George and their fur babies (puppies). She enjoys riding horses, gardening, participating in Breast Cancer Support walks, and renovating their circa 1840 farmhouse, and hopes one day to be able to move to her favorite vacation spot, Charleston South Carolina!
Michelle is a Breast Cancer Survivor and currently is the Corresponding Secretary for the Healing Consciousness Foundation. Michelle is a Sales Representative for Art a la Carte and a Senior Director in Kynect. She is also a past owner of the retail store Wishlist Boutique.
As a Penn State Graduate, Michelle majored in Criminology and minored in Sociology. She loves to spend time with her husband, 3 boys and friends. Michelle has been a board member since 2012.
Monica Dick, Secretary, Marketing/PR Coordinator and Foundation Administrator
Monica joined the board in 2015 with almost 20 years of Corporate Marketing experience. She began her career in Marketing for Campbell Soup Company and, among other positions, ran the Marketing Department for Tasty Baking Company (Tastykake). She earned her MBA in Marketing from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. She lives in Chalfont, Pennsylvania with her husband (who is a quadriplegic) and daughter and enjoys traveling, reading, organizing, working out and spending time at her lake house in Western New York.
Colleen Falicki grew up in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications, Radio/TV, from Shippensburg University. She was volunteer co-leader of the Montgomery County Chapter of the Holistic Mom’s Network for five years and spent 12 years as a Realtor with Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. In 2017, Colleen founded Back to Earth Compost Crew. Her company provides curbside compost pickup and Commercial compost pickup in the Suburban Philadelphia area. She resides in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania with her husband, Rick and two children. Colleen enjoys going to the gym, especially spin class, cheering at her kids sporting events and gluten/dairy free baking. Colleen joined the board in 2016.
An extraordinary high school experience volunteering with special needs children inspired Debbie to become a Chiropractor. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Psychology and went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life Chiropractic College in 1995. As a Chiropractor in Florida for over 19 years, Debbie was passionate about educating entire families about making healthy lifestyle choices. Relocating to Pennsylvania in 2014 has given Debbie the opportunity to find new ways to serve her community. In her free time she enjoys playing tennis, cooking and cheering on her two sons in soccer, basketball and lacrosse and she loves shopping at her favorite store, Wegmans! Debbie has been on the board since 2016.
Born and raised in the Philadelphia area, Donna graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor’s in Management Science and Information Systems/Quantitative Business Analysis and achieved her master’s from Eastern University. Donna’s career began in business management over 20 years ago and she has lived and worked internationally for several years returning stateside in 2011. Donna is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional at Reiner Financial focusing her practice on families in transition. Donna is an avid long-distance runner who turns her passion into an ability to raise funds for local causes. Donna also spends her free time running around with her three kids and living in the community of Springfield Township.
Amy Nadell, Founder and Co-President
As a Founding Member of the Giving Angels Foundation, Amy began her professional career as a Social Worker running the Children and Family Department at a community center. Amy runs several business under the brand of Connection Concierge (www.connection-concierge.com). Since 1997, Amy has been the Owner and President of Art a la Carte, Inc., representing Artists in the sale of their jewelry and accessories in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. In 2011, Amy joined a networking marketing company (now known as Kynect). Lastly, In 2020, Amy became a Sales Representative for InTouch, an online product that offers a digital one-touch platform. As a graduate of George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Amy went on to receive a Masters in Social Service from Bryn Mawr.
Since the age of 3, dancing has been her constant hobby and Cape May, New Jersey is Amy’s favorite place to spend time with her friends and family (also known as her favorite place on the planet). Amy’s husband and 3 children are the loves of her life.
Jordan Nadell, Co-President and Treasurer
Jordan has been a Board Member since the inception of the Foundation in 2001. A graduate of George Washington University, Jordan works in Finance.
In his free time, Jordan enjoys spending time in Cape May, New Jersey with his wife, Amy, and their three children. Jordan is an avid Philadelphia sports fan who is waiting for an NBA championship for the Sixers now that the Eagles have won the Super Bowl!
Katrina Otchet, Vice President
Katrina was schooled at TASIS in Surrey England and is a graduate of Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. As a past Real Estate Professional in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, she enjoyed an exciting career selling estates and historic properties and managing a real estate company. Currently, Katrina volunteers with non-profit organizations for various events benefiting children.
Katrina is the proud Mother of two and loves to travel, boat and entertain with her husband and children. She resides in Sarasota, Florida and has been a board member since 2004.
Matt runs multiple business units for Constellation Software Inc. (CSU:TSX), under the Jonas Software umbrella. The 10 brands he oversees provide software solutions to the Hospital, Long Term Care, Continuing Education, Construction and Moving industries. His travel schedule affords him the ability to see North America visiting with clients, business partners and employees at their many offices throughout the US and Canada. When not at work, Matt enjoys activities of all sorts that include photography, boating and spending time with his wife and 2 amazing young children. Matt has served on the board since 2004.
Jillian grew up in the DC metro area and currently resided in Furlong with her husband and son. She has worked in the financial field for over 18 years and presently works for TruMark Financial Credit Union.
Her current hobby is gardening and she loves watching her son play on the Buckingham United travel team.
Jillian joined the board in 2019 after volunteering at the annual bowling event and seeing all the great things that the foundation has done.
